Meet the Motor Skills team!  We serve all the schools both public and private in Cowley County plus Cedar Vale. Our team consists of OT, PT, APE,VI and HI. Below is our email so you can get in touch with us, as well as the Teacher's Observation Form.

Mission:
​Our mission as a motor skills team is to help your student reach their fullest potential, be as independent as possible, and assist teachers, parents and the student to be successful in the school environment.
​How can PT, OT, APE, VI and HI help your student?
PT, OT and APE each have a page that had valuable information for parents and teachers. Including what each team member's roll is in the school, why we do what we do and interventions that can be tried for SIT team prior to us coming to see your child.

Teachers, Here is the Motor Skills Teacher Observations From.
  • If your child is already on an IEP for any reason, you can simply fill this form out and give it to Jeff, Andrea or Paul.
  • If you child is NOT already on an IEP, you must first go through the SIT team process and attempt interventions prior to filling this out.  Please attach SIT team interventions with the form when you send it in.
  • After the screen had been performed by PT, OT or APE, they may request a consent be obtained for evaluation. PLEASE do not get the consent for PT, OT or APE unless asked to do so.
